Commerzbank counts another seven years on Worldline

Frankfurt/Main, XX. June 2015 – Worldline [Euronext: WLN], the European leader in payment and transactional services, and Commerzbank extend their existing processing contract for seven years. Since 1998 Commerzbank handles credit card payments via the technical platform of Worldline to process credit card transactions efficiently and secure.

Worldline carries out the "Full Processing" for Commerzbank. That includes the complete technical processing for all Visa Cards and MasterCards of the bank. The portfolio consists of Commerzbank credit cards as well as co-branded cards that are issued together with partners. Components of the contract are the technical processing as well as services for customers

That’s the reason why we have already managed big migrations and system changeovers together. This also includes among others the big project of the portfolio consolidation of Commerzbank and Dresdner Bank in 2009. The current extension of the contract shows that our services meet the latest standards of safety, quality and regulatory requirements."
